We were recently engaged by the Sidcup Family Golf Club to assess their two-storey driving range building after it sustained structural damage. Our team conducted a thorough survey, analyzing the structural load paths, identifying defects and their causes, and providing practical solutions for reinforcing weakened areas, ensuring safety and enabling the reopening of the affected bays.

Additionally, while on site, we evaluated another part of the building for a proposed conversion of the first-floor range bays into a bar and seating area. We provided insights on the structural feasibility to support the increased load associated with this change of use.
