Young's Pubs aimed to enhance this vibrant music venue by transforming the existing flat roof into a rooftop terrace and expanding the first floor for additional dining areas and a larger trade kitchen.

They engaged our design team to assess the existing roof structure's capability for the proposed terrace enclosure and bar loadings.

KTA conducted a thorough investigation across the first and ground floors, ultimately delivering a feasibility report and scheme design for the refurbishment, complemented by the innovative internal design vision from Fusion Design Ltd.
